The Journey Wedding will issue a full refund for any damaged or defective items.

The Journey Wedding will issue a full refund to clients who make pre-orders by making full payment but cancel the order 15 days prior to the starting date of the customising process.

Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

All pieces of our dresses are customised specially according to the measurement provided by clients, which means the dress will be tailored just for the specific client. Each dress will be made once the order was placed, and the customising process will automatically start the moment payment was received. Therefore, we are unable to return or refund on custom design dresses. Please double check your measurements and colour choice before placing an order.
EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchange services for custom design dresses because each dress is made-to-order. We may not have ready-made dresses available in stock in your size that can be exchanged for your returned items. However, we are able to do switching for you if we happen to have another design available in your size only under the condition that the returned item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. You will need to return the unwanted item first, and then we can exchange it for the replacement item.
